For several years, Gorm Larsen Nordic and Brandiators have been Denmark’s two leading retail agencies and some of the largest in the Nordic region. Both companies help large international brands reach their Nordic end-users in physical stores and online.

On November 12th, 2020, the two companies will join forces and merge into the new company WaveCrest, the second-largest retail agency in the Nordic region, with an annual turnover close to DKK 100 million.

“Gorm Larsen Nordic and Brandiators is the perfect match. Our products, services, and Nordic presence complement perfectly. By merging, our position in the Nordic market will be extraordinarily strong, with an even broader service portfolio available for our customers”, says Jens Brinck, former CEO and owner of Gorm Larsen Nordic and now Director at WaveCrest.

WaveCrest’s head office will be located in Copenhagen, with local offices and almost 200 employees in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. The customer base will continue to be large international brands, primarily within consumer electronics and telecommunications.
