Fundamental for a modern Concept Store is that you turn the traditional store idea inside out. The Concept Store is not a place where people come to make transactions, it´s a place where people come to experience what the brand has to offer to them. Therefore, focus on designing a fantastic customer experience and have faith in that your great experience will eventually end up in a transaction! 

BUILDING A CONCEPT STORE

Gorm Larsen Nordics role as a full service retail agency is to manage the project from the first sketch to we hand the keys back to the mall Bromma Blocks in Stockholm. To bring this concept store alive we have been working together with 10 different partners and suppliers that are specialists within their specific fields. Together we brought this store to life in under 1 month. 

RUNNING THE STORE

The installation needs to feel alive! Through auditions we found the right team of brand ambassadors that transfer the right brand spirit and knowledge to the visitors. On top we run a continuous activation plan that with alternating focuses and happenings keep the setup feeling fresh and dynamic.
